We’re living in times when it’s easy to feel swept up in and overwhelmed by the deadlines, obligations, and divisions in our lives and in the wider society.
In this daylong retreat, we cultivate practices of mindfulness, self-compassion, loving-kindness, and equanimity, supported by poetry, stories, and periods of walking and movement, to help us find peace and balance. We can then go back to our lives renewed, refreshed, and revitalized to deepen and embody peace in our lives and in the world.
