Loving-kindness, Compassion and Equanimity: Taking Refuge in the Wisdom of Heart Practices. A virtual weekend retreat
In these unprecedented times, the practice of mindfulness and the heart practices of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity provide a true refuge in the face of fear, uncertainty, stress, and worry.
This online retreat provides the opportunity to come together in community while at home and pause and find balance through guided meditations and movement, walking meditation, dharma talks, small group discussions, large-group sharing, and practices of bringing mindfulness to all aspects of life.
The schedule being offered will be supportive, whether you want to devote a weekend to practice or need to incorporate your home life into the weekend retreat. The online schedule will be as follows:
Friday: 7:30-9 p.m.
Saturday: 7-7:45 a.m., 9:30-5 p.m. and 7:30-9 p.m.
Sunday: 7:30-8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.-noon
