Pause, be with your body and your whole being and connect with yourself in presence. In this weekend retreat, experience the power of meditation with a pause in doing and allow yourself simply to be. The retreat is designed to support continuity of wakefulness, creating space for your true nature to be revealed. Together in community, we will engage in a series of meditation practices, including sitting, lying, walking and eating accompanied by gentle movement.
