Steady the Mind, Calm the Heart: A day of practice & reflection (Online)

Join me with my partner Rebecca for a day of immersion in practices of awareness and compassion. Through sitting, walking and moving meditation, together with heart practices – we’ll explore the benefits of coming into stillness and opening to the truth of our experience. We are then able to weather the storms and challenges of these times with wisdom and compassion. Practicing together in community helps us break through the illusion of separation and recognize our interconnectedness with each other and all of life.
