This class includes 30 minutes of Vipassana meditation instruction and guided meditation followed by an hour-long dharma talk. Theme of this class will be how to use mindfulness practices to change unhealthy habits. Copies of my book, “The Here-and-Now Habit: How Mindfulness Can Help You Break Unhealthy Habits Once and for All,” will be available for purchase and signing. This is a large gathering of approximately 250-300 people.
